Exchange Policy


We offer a **7-day exchange policy** from the date of delivery.


Eligible for Exchange:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Manufacturing defect

  • Not Eligible:

  • Used or washed items
  • Items without original tags
  • Damage due to improper care

  • How to Exchange:

    1. Email admin@orikowear.com with your order ID and reason

    2. We'll arrange a pickup within 2 business days

    3. Replacement dispatched within 3–5 business days after we receive the item


    We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges only.
