Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility and Conditions

Returns are permitted only under the following terms:

1. Return window: Customers may initiate a return within 2 (two) calendar days of receiving the product.
2. Return shipping: Returned products must be sent at the customer’s expense. We currently do not provide reverse pickup facilities.
3. Product condition: Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags, stickers, and packaging.
4. Rejection on deviation: Any deviation — such as usage, damage, missing tags, or washed garments — will result in the return being declined.
5. Authorization: Products not returned within the specified period or without prior authorization may be considered non-returnable.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Send an email to support@orikowear.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, reason for return, and relevant photographs (if applicable).
2. Our team will evaluate your request and provide the return address if your request is eligible.
3. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us in acceptable condition.

3. Refund Conditions and Processing

Refunds will be approved only if the returned item passes our quality check (QC).

1. Processing time: If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
2. Rejected returns: If rejected, we will provide clear photographic and/or video evidence with a reasoned explanation.
3. Non-applicable refunds: Refunds are not applicable for late returns, damaged goods, or items not in their original condition.
4. Final discretion: All refunds are subject to our verification and discretion.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Clearance sale items or items marked as Final Sale
• Products returned beyond the 2-day window
• Garments damaged or altered after delivery
• Items returned without tags, stickers, or original packaging

5. Compliance with Indian Consumer Laws

This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as applicable in India. Customers are entitled to fair practices and full disclosures as required by Indian law.

1. Customers have the right to a refund if the delivered product is defective, materially different from its description, or not delivered at all.
2. We are fully compliant with applicable product listing, customer redressal, transparent refund, and grievance handling mechanisms.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for the following:

• Delays caused by third-party courier services
• Damaged or lost returns due to improper packaging or shipping
• Bank or payment gateway delays in refund processing
• Returns made without following our official process

Reservation of rights: Loomtale Fashions LLP reserves the right to revise or update this policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Puducherry (UT) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
